JOB PURPOSE
The Patient Concierge Healthcare Virtual Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to increase patient satisfaction by providing exemplary customer services to promote growth, retention, and loyalty among patients. You will work with patients by phone, email, text, and inhouse on screens to support them in various aspects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive all inbound calls to close Leads wanting to receive treatments at our clinic.
Call, email, and various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead.
Receive all inbound calls to answer questions find and quality lead/route to an appropriate team member if needed.
Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly, and professional on the phone.
Implementing training material throughout calls.
Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories.
Share patient success during a daily company meeting.
Implement our CARE system to follow up with our patients to provide 5-star service.

-Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
-Dual Monitor -1st day of training
-Intel Core i3 or higher Operation System with at least 8GB RAM
-Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
WORKING SHIFTS
(Eastern Standard Time)
Full-time: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm)
