JOB PURPOSE
The Patient Concierge (Nutrition) Healthcare Virtual Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to increase patient satisfaction and provide 5-star concierge service by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention and loyalty among patients. You will work with patients by phone, email, and text to support patients in various aspects. RESPONSIBILITIES
– Receive all inbound calls to close Leads wanting to receive treatments at our clinic
– Communicate and close treatment plan (we call it care plan) to the patients at our clinic
– Monitor patients treatment and nutrition progress
– Answer patient questions about nutrition
– Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
– Receive all inbound calls to answer questions – fact find and qualify lead/route to appropriate team member if needed
– Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional on the phone
– Implement training material throughout calls
– Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
– Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
– Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories
– Share patient success stories during daily company meeting
– Implement our CARE system to follow-up with our patients to provide 5 star service

* You MUST have worked the Graveyard shift before within the past year.

• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
WORK SHIFTS
(U.S. Central Standard Time), graveyard shift in Philippines
Full-time =Mondays thru Fridays (weekend Off)
