Job Summary:
This remote position represents our brand and is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, scheduling and confirming appointments, handling patient inquiries and concerns, and maintaining an efficient communication system. Candidates applying must include a voice introduction and have reliable internet connection with a backup option. Candidates must also have an Apple ipad/iphone as our EHR system only works with ios. The role operates in Eastern Standard Time, hence flexibility to work night shifts is crucial.

Job Goal:
To provide exceptional remote support and contribute to creating a 5-star patient experience. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to manage the patient flow and experience effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be on time for your shift and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing the patient’s needs and inquiries.
• Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; manage the calendar and create invoices.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously, providing accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses.
• Manage new patient enrollment and educate clients about company initiatives.
• Maintain the patient management software with accurate information.
• Ensure communication and tasks are completed in a timely manner; all data entered within the week.
• Actively promote the treatments, services, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or patients that require attention.
• Execute any additional tasks and projects delegated by management.

Position Requirements:
• Ability to work efficiently and be productive in a remote environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
• Must have reliable internet with a backup option.
• Experience with Eastern Standard Time zone hours is preferable.
• Prior experience in a medical office, particularly in plastic surgery, is highly desirable.
• Must possess basic math proficiency.
• Must be a team player and take initiative to perform tasks proactively.
• Transparency and solution-oriented mindset are crucial.
