Unruh Spine Center is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need promptly and efficiently. As a mutli-disciplinary chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, and general medicine office we receive high call volumes everyday and need a dedicated team to not only help us schedule our patients but also answer their questions. Questions may pertain to: the provider’s history/background, specific services we provide, questions about billing or benefits, even the address and directions to our office.

What You’ll Do:
Handle Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about our products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule Appointments: Assist clients in booking appointments by coordinating with our scheduling system and accommodating their preferences.
Provide Support: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience for every client.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and inquiries using our CRM system.
Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our services.

Hours:
We are need of a phone tech Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST, and Saturday 8:30am-11:00am.
