Payment Coordinator

We are looking for a Payment Coordinator. We will train you for this position. This role will help to service the hotels and housing we set up for policyholders in need. The candidate needs to have a professional, kind demeanor, strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry, typing, emailing, answering invoice questions
Hotel Invoicing/Intermediate Level Accounting (folio and Wex reconciliation and preparing invoices
Security deposit tracking and return requests
Follow up with policyholders and adjusters on payments (emailing)
Ensure all hotel folios are collected by calling hotels to gather and then upload folios
Identify, Discuss and Solve service issues with Client Services Manager
Ensure organization of shared files
Special projects as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be a self-starter with good communication and presentation skills
Have a “whatever it takes” attitude toward customer satisfaction
Knowledge of basic computer programs
Ability to learn specialized programs (Oscar)
Experience in Customer Service is also an advantage
