Role Overview: Provide exceptional project management and implementation support to client institutions, processors, and third-party platforms in the assigned region, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation:
Deliver high-quality project management and implementation support.
Develop and maintain best practices for money movement and commercial card products, leveraging project management methodology and payments industry knowledge.
Client Coordination:
Collaborate directly with clients to understand product setup requirements.
Facilitate product installations, conversions, and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal impact on clients.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of supported services.
Provide training and consultation to customers and internal stakeholders for optimal product delivery and adoption.
Client Advocacy:
Represent clients’ feedback, enhancement requests, and system or operational requirements.
Negotiate and manage client expectations both internally and externally.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed project scope documents, plans, status reports, and issue logs.
Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on a weekly or monthly basis.
Consistently log project progress in Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, and SharePoint.
Relationship Building:
Foster and enhance positive working relationships with key client institutions, technology providers, and internal stakeholders.
Align client tactical and strategic initiatives with charge deliverables and commitments.
Service Quality & Efficiency:
Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
Implement recommendations to enhance service delivery.
Independence & Initiative:
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Take the initiative to resolve challenging and complex problems within established deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management and implementation support.
Strong understanding of money movement and commercial card products.
Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, and SharePoint.
