Our company is an E-commerce dropshipping company that does several Millions a year in sales. Which requires perfection in dispute management. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:
1. Expertise in handling disputes Paypal
2. Structural and good at 100% complete data entry
3. Communication skills of the highest level
4. Being able to keep Excel sheets organized and clear
5. Being able to direct people and thereby controlling their work.
6. Good at reporting to the CEO and COO.
7. Someone who can improve the process and proactivity is a requirement
Job Summary
1. Ensure customer service response time is within 12 hours
2. Ensure response time to paypal email is within 2 hours
3. Make sure the dispute form is 100% updated by you every morning
4. Be sure to follow up with the CS agency to send the exact order numbers and dispute cases to Paypal emails daily and update the dispute list once you are done.
5. Provide daily reports if there are quality problems with products so we can adjust and arrange better quality.
6. Make sure the dispute rate stays below 2% on the paypal account.
Hours: So far this will not be a full time job We can offer additional work as product lister or Data entry specialist to give you more work.
Salary is at $5 per hour with opportunities for advancement. Salary amount is negotiable based on the candidate
