Job Description:
As a Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving disputes and claims submitted by customers through PayPal. You will work closely with our customer service team and legal department to ensure that all disputes are handled fairly and promptly. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in improving our processes and procedures to minimize future disputes.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve disputes and claims submitted through PayPal.
Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and documentation for dispute resolution.
Analyze trends in disputes and proactively recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all disputes and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company guidelines regarding dispute resolution.
Provide training and support to the customer service team regarding dispute processes.
Requirements:
Experience in dispute management or customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Experience using Shopify and PayPal.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple disputes simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
