Tradeskola is an Australian company based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide remote bookkeeping and payroll services to clients and are currently expanding our client base and require more team members to join us.

We have designed training modules to introduce new team members to Australian Taxation principles and on starting you are also allocated a “buddy” to assist you with training and getting settled in.
We are currently looking for another team member in our HR department. We are looking for someone who has Payroll Software administrator experienced and is a highly organised person given it is closely working with Payroll Team.

• Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break (unpaid) and morning and afternoon tea breaks (paid).
• We observe Western Australian Public Holiday calendar (paid).
• We have designed a salary scale to suit beginners to advanced, paid in PESOS.
• We pay on the 5th and 20th of each month.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Tech-savvy familiarity in using software programs/platforms for Payroll
• Have a strong communication ability, self-motivation awareness, strong comprehensive management ability and the ability to lead the team
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system, and similar computer application
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Assisting with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Understanding and explaining all company policies and benefits to new and current employees
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes etc.
• Responding to employees’ concerns
• Acting as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
• Providing payroll information by collecting and monitoring timekeeping software and attendance records
• Submitting employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
• Maintaining employee confidence and protects operation by keeping human resources information confidential
• Assisting with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties and trainings
• Performing assistant duties as assigned

• To pass a speed and latency test
