Job Description:
-Conduct market research on payroll products and services, understand industry trends and competitors, and develop corresponding expansion strategies and plans.
-Identify and establish cooperative relationships with corporate clients, develop new customer resources, and maintain good business relationships with existing clients.
-Assist in setting sales targets and performance indicators for payroll business, and actively promote the achievement of the company’s business growth goals.
-Plan and organize related marketing activities to enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the payroll field.
-Coordinate internal resources, including technology, operations, customer service, etc., to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of payroll products and services.
-Regularly follow up on customer needs and feedback, promptly handle and resolve customer issues and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Regularly report market dynamics, performance, and development plans of payroll business to superiors, and provide effective data analysis and business recommendations.-Assist in communicating with the Philippines local team (legal, compliance, etc.), organizing the required partnership documents.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
-At least 5 years of experience in payroll product or service development, with successful cases preferred.
-Familiar with payroll industry products and services, understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and market trends.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to promote project implementation and landing.
-Strong market development and customer relationship management capabilities, able to quickly establish trust and cooperation.
-Good team spirit and self-driving ability, able to withstand certain work pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
-Fluent in both English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills, cross-cultural communication skills preferred.- Language requirements: Chinese and English
