Payroll Officer
 
The focus and purpose of this role is to support the
Operations, Finance and Direct Services department.
 
Position overview:
· Ensure the pay run for NSW’s CSW’s every
fortnight. The role will be responsible for actioning any missed payment
requests with the approval of the Direct Services Manager.
· The Payroll Officer will ensure all TLC’s
Fleet of vehicles are maintained by ensuring fuel cards are available for use, toll accounts are paid, cars are insured, and vehicles are registered.
· Manage the GPS tracking system and report the
activity to TLC’s management.
· Responsible for managing TLC’s assets
including laptops, phones as well as Office 365 administration for new and existing staff.
· Ensure all TLC’s utility bills are paid as
well as submit any maintenance request to senior management. This role may also include general administration and reception duties.
 
Job Requirements:
· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and contribute to team goals.
· Be professional with an assertive approach.
· High attention to detail and good time management.
· Great customer service skills.
· A willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
· Strong administration skills and computer literacy skills, including being a competent user of MS Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and experience using database.
· Be flexible, highly motivated, possess emotional intelligence, maturity, a sense of humour and willingness to subscribe to the Tender Loving Care mission and values.
· A high level of accuracy in data entry work and an eye for detail in picking up anomalies in general processing.
· Hold a current First Aid certificate.
· Hold a current Working with Children’s Check.
· Hold a current NDIS Check.
 
Desirable Skills:
· Experience in working in the disability field;
· Experience in fleet management.
· Experience using MYP Management System.
· Experience using Xero and MYOB
