Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of experience in payroll processing and a willingness to learn or proficiency in using Airtable, our preferred payroll management tool.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage end-to-end payroll for our organization, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
Calculate wages, salaries, overtime, deductions, and other payroll components accurately.
Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and properly documented.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax filings, employee earnings statements, and year-end documentation.
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date for payroll processing.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding paychecks, deductions, and tax-related matters.
Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist with payroll-related audits and reconciliations as required.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Please also note that work starts at 11PM and ends at 7AM Local time.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in payroll processing.
Proficiency in using Airtable or a willingness to learn and become proficient in the software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in using payroll software or systems is a plus.

Compensation:

The pay for this position is $4 per hour.
