PC Gamers tend to be great at figuring out new softwares, typing fast, and coming up with clever solutions to puzzles and problems. We need someone like this to help our clients troubleshoot and navigate our marketing automation platform.

Learning:

*Learning our marketing automation platform which has a lot of settings and fine tuning capabilities so you can help people with any problem they encounter
*Learning Intercom (live chat software) to figure out how to automate and speed up support more

Responding:

*Answering customers fast and resolving their problems as quickly as possible
*Diving into their accounts to spot issues, fix them, and report back
*Never leave a customer hanging (code word: EmeraldJungle)
*Tasking out items to other team members that are beyond your scope

Improving:

*Coming up with clever and faster ways to do all of the above
*Noticing trends in customer problems to come up with solutions that can help more people faster (e.g. help articles, creating a library of responses)
*Using emojis to make customers feel good
*Trying to set and beat records for how many customers you help per day
