We’re on the lookout for a People Manager with experience in learning & development, employee engagement and talent acquisition. THIS POSITION IS IDEAL FOR YOU IF YOU:

EXEMPLIFY LEADERSHIP: Demonstrated success in building and leading People teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance.
HAVE PEOPLE/HR EXPERIENCE: Proven track record in learning & development, employee engagement and talent acquisition and retention.
ARE DATA-DRIVEN: Comfortable utilising data to inform strategic decision making. Skills in data analytics are a bonus.
EMBRACE FLEXIBILITY AND INNOVATION: Able to adapt to the dynamic nature of an entrepreneurial business and find creative solutions in a regulated industry.
ARE BASED IN GMT +2 to GMT +8 TIME ZONES: Given that the majority of our team operates within these time zones, we aim for our People Manager to align closely with these periods, maximising collaboration and support within the team.
