Job Description

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized People Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage job applicants from sourcing to recruiting and be responsible for people operations duties with potential and current tenants. As a People Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our company culture by ensuring that candidates and tenants align with our values. You will work closely with hiring managers and property managers to understand their staffing needs and tenant issues and provide guidance on the recruiting and people operations processes.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify key qualifications for each position
Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and job seekers
Manage people operations duties with potential and current tenants, including but not limited to responding to tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and handling tenant conflicts
Ensure a positive tenant experience throughout the leasing and property management process

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or property management
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Experience using Buildium or property management software is a plus

The ideal candidate should be available to work during US operating hours, from 4 AM to 12 PM Philippine Time.
