We are seeking 2 dedicated and proactive Airbnb Short-Term Rental Customer Success Agents to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests have a seamless and positive experience from booking to checkout. The successful candidates will handle guest inquiries, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff, and proactively manage booking schedules to maximize occupancy, revenue, and 5-star Airbnb reviews.
You will be working closely with another Success Agent and Airbnb Manager.

About the client:
Dune Dwellings is a leading property management company specializing in short-term rentals. Our portfolio currently includes 24 listings across 12 properties, and we are expanding to 32 listings by the fall. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of property care.
This is a family-owned and operated company and you will be interfacing with the CEO directly on occasion.
Key Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year in the property management industry, in Airbnb, and experience with Airbnb platform and other short-term rental management tools (we use OwnerRez and Turno extensively).
– Near-perfect verbal and written English skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to cover peak times and ensure guest satisfaction.
Excellent verbal English skills
Key Responsibilities:
– Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests within 10 minutes during shift hours, ensuring timely and professional communication.
– Coordination: Work closely with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are in optimal condition before guest check-ins.
– Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Manage the check-in and check-out processes, addressing any issues that arise during guests’ stays promptly.
– Booking Management: Proactively manage booking calendars to optimize occupancy and revenue, adjusting strategies based on market trends and occupancy rates.
– Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve problems efficiently and maintain high guest satisfaction.
– Pricing Strategies: Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in response to occupancy rates and market conditions to maximize revenue.
– Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, issues resolved, and feedback received to improve service quality continuously.

Work Schedule:
– Full-time, you can expect to work an 8 hour shift between 9am-Midnight
– Central Timezone.
– US-based Company.
Salary:
– Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualification, but between $1,100 – $1,300 per month.
