WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a Performance Development Advisor, your primary objective is to proactively engage potential customers, spearheading the generation of new business and sales opportunities. In this role, you generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, present our offerings, and build lasting relationships to contribute significantly to the company’s growth.

KEY RESULTS AREAS:
Sales Revenue Mastery
Your mission is to consistently surpass assigned sales revenue targets. Your success will be measured by meticulously tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue metrics, ensuring our financial goals are not only met but exceeded.

Lead Generation Excellence
Establish a robust pipeline of high-quality leads. You’ll be instrumental in measuring leads generated and conversion rates from leads to opportunities, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth engine of our business.

Conversion Rates Optimization
Your objective is to enhance conversion rates across the sales funnel. Success will be defined by your ability to meticulously evaluate conversion rates from leads to opportunities and, ultimately, from opportunities to closed deals.

Outstanding Sales Calls/Contacts
Your goal is to reach a designated number of outbound calls or contacts. Monitoring daily or weekly call/email quotas and connection rates will be crucial, ensuring that every interaction contributes to our outreach success.

Smart Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Management
Effectively manage and optimize customer acquisition costs. By calculating CAC, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our investment in acquiring customers aligns with strategic business objectives.

Streamlined Sales Cycle Duration
Your task is to minimize the average duration of the sales cycle. Your success will be measured by analyzing the time from lead generation to deal closure, streamlining our processes for quicker and more efficient sales cycles.

Customer Retention Leadership
Your mission is to foster enduring customer relationships and reduce churn. Success in this KRA will be gauged by measuring the customer retention rate and encouraging repeat business from our existing valued clients.

Strategic Market Penetration
Expand market share in targeted segments or regions. Your success will be tracked through metrics that measure the percentage increase in market share, showcasing your ability to strategically position our brand in the market.

Elevated Customer Satisfaction
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your success will be assessed through the evaluation of customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS), demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Product Knowledge and Training Prowess
Uphold a high level of product knowledge within the sales team. Success will be measured by assessing training completion rates and ensuring a deep understanding of our products, empowering the team to excel in their roles.

Data Accuracy in CRM
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system. Success will be measured by regularly reviewing CRM data accuracy rates, and establishing a foundation of reliable information for strategic decision-making and customer relationship management.

MUST HAVES:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration
At least 1 year of professional experience in end-to-end B2B Outbound Sales
Has experience in presenting sales to potential clients on a conference call
Comfortable with having a sales quota and eager to reach the sales target
Knows Sales Lead Generation
Equipped with the necessary work-from-home tools: stable internet, laptop/computer, back-ups
