Job Title: Performance Development Manager

As a Performance Development Manager, you’ll be an essential member of our private sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing private clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and objectives.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Dale Carnegie Training’s offerings and tailor solutions to meet clients’ unique requirements.
Account Growth and Upselling:

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional training programs to existing clients.
Collaborate with the Director of Private Sales to tailor solutions that align with clients’ ongoing development needs.
Conduct market research to identify and target potential outbound clients.
Client Support and Issue Resolution:

Provide exceptional customer support throughout the engagement lifecycle, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients during their training journey.
Sales Reporting and Data Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports and analytics, providing insights into account performance and growth opportunities.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:

3-5 years of proven B2B account management experience, preferably in the corporate training or professional development industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
