Who We Are Looking For Performance Digital Manager
While initially we are hiring at a Specialist level (as this role will be reporting to the Digital Performance Manager in HQ in Australia), we are on the lookout for those ripe for a Manager role as well as those that have been on managerial posts.
Task & Responsibilities
– Provide support to the Australian Marketing teams, through implementing and optimising advanced digital marketing strategies across all digital mediums for website and app platforms. Including, but not limited to: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Apple Ads, Affiliates, Direct Digital, and Programmatic Buys.
– Assist with reporting channels across Google Analytics (GA4 not just GA), Google Data Studio, Firebase and Appsflyer.
– Present growth opportunities and tactics based on the newest Performance technology or market/trade opportunities.
– Clearly brief internal graphic designer and external suppliers of creative required.
– Assist with the performance of SEO & ASO.
– Create and manage all conversions, tags & triggers through Google Tag Manager and individual platforms.
– Keep up to date and have a strong understanding of the current wagering marketplace, including current sporting/racing events (Australian/International).
– Assist with regular competitor analysis and other Digital Marketing & Marketing duties where appropriate.
– Understand and comply with all industry specific legislations.
– Mange all the above across multiple brands within one group of companies.
About You
– At least 6+ years Performance/Digital Marketing experience building and managing high performing digital Ad campaigns.
– Experience working with offshore digital marketing teams.
– Strong experience in Wagering, possibly within the Australian or UK market.
– Extremely advanced knowledge across Facebook Business Manager suite, Google Ads (search, apps, display & YouTube), Apple Search Ads and other digital mediums.
– A proven record building and optimising campaigns towards performance conversions.
– Data-driven professional focused on evaluating and creating conversion-centric, digital strategies and experiences to help increase overall performance across acquisition and retention.
– Strong analytical and reporting experience across websites and app platforms. GA4, GTM, GDS. Firebase & Appsflyer would be a bonus.
– SEO /ASO experience and knowledge across software.
– Very strong attention to detail, with an understanding of detailed procedures.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or relevant field (at a minimum).

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
