Digital Reach is a global HubSpot Diamond Partner agency providing complete digital solutions across the cloud and the entire customer journey.

The Performance Marketer is responsible for the paid ad performance of mid-to-large key accounts and should have experience managing large ad spends. In this role you will manage all aspects of your accounts’ paid campaigns end-to-end. You will have a history of success in scaling and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms, and you have a 6th sense of what will perform, why, how to measure it, AND how to execute your vision through a team. You know how to implement the right frameworks to boost performance across SEM, PPC, dynamic display, and OTT campaigns.

Your Role:
Drive and develop full-funnel, multi-channel digital strategies for assigned accounts
Develop and strategize the distribution of budget across channels considering campaign objectives, total addressable market, and funnel dynamics.
Conduct thorough research to inform the ad, creative, and copy team on the ideal tone and messaging for targeting diverse personas and audience segments.
Analyze optimization reports, determine significant campaign adjustments, and lead your team in implementing strategic experiments.
Act as a strategic leader, clearly communicating objectives, rationales, timelines, and necessary details to your team, ensuring alignment and tracking progress.
Define and report on KPIs tailored to different stakeholders, possessing a clear understanding of what metrics to highlight to whom.
Offer directional feedback on copy and creative, ensuring your team is equipped to succeed across various channels.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations for CRM and campaign activity integration, utilizing all segmentation, personalization, and optimization opportunities within HubSpot.
Understand and speak to the impact of attribution, customer journey reporting, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring on campaign performance.
Regularly reviewing and analyzing data from multiple platforms & perspectives to make optimization recommendations for budget, bidding, audience, creative, copy, landing pages, etc. and be able to clearly communicate these needs to various members of our marketing and implementation teams.
Engage in daily collaboration with a globally dispersed team, ensuring seamless campaign execution and team alignment.
Facilitate conversations with internal teams to pinpoint and capitalize on opportunities for optimizing performance marketing processes, enhancing service sales positioning, and addressing project management inefficiencies.

Candidates Must Have:
Proven success managing substantial ad budgets and familiarity with a broad range of advertising channels, including display ads, OTT/CTV, dynamic display, and geo-targeting.
Extensive LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platform experience
In-depth knowledge of marketing attribution tools and the ability to work in tandem with marketing operations.
3+ years experience in performance marketing
Strong attention to detail
Strong & empathetic communication
Ability to multitask and shift from project to project easily
Excellent/near-native English speaking skills
Knowledge of ABM/ABS and marketing and sales alignment strategies and tactics as they pertain to marketing’s success
Quickly learns new tools and tactics

The Ideal Candidate Has
3+ years of marketing campaign experience including email, paid ads, content syndication, and SEO/SEM
2+ years experience working in a marketing automation platform (ex. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment

Agency experience

Compensation and Benefits
Digital Reach offers a competitive salary and benefits package depending on work experience and location.

Timeline:
Applicants who pass the initial screening can expect video screening questions and an initial interview scheduling within a week of submitting their application. We are hiring for this position for an immediate start but will adjust the timeline for the right candidate.
