Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote role combines the analytical expertise of a Digital Marketing Analyst with the strategic and executional capabilities of a Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our online marketing campaigns while also analysing data to drive decision-making and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including PPC, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data from digital marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Optimization: Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
Tool Utilisation: Utilise various digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and data visualisation tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
Audience Segmentation: Segment audiences and tailor campaigns to target specific demographics and customer profiles effectively.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics and performance marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights, strategies, and results.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign management and reporting.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
