Are you a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist ready to make a significant impact? At Lifely, an Australian-owned company, we’re on a mission to provide well-made furniture at friendly prices. We’re looking for talented individuals like you to join our global team and bring your expertise to drive our digital marketing campaigns to new heights.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Lifely, you will be pivotal in strategising, managing, and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, Display networks and more. Working remotely with our Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead the creation, planning, and testing of campaigns, aiming to maximise our return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase our website’s conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Of Performance Marketing to define our paid performance strategy, including budget allocation, campaign planning, and setting KPIs and targets for each marketing channel.
• Take the reins of our digital media buying and optimisation, primarily focusing on Facebook, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. Your goal? Driving strong growth while ensuring customer acquisition at target costs.
• Work closely with our in-house creative teams to hypothesise, analyse, and improve our ad creatives, unlocking higher ROAS and optimising campaign performance.
• Champion experimentation, always looking for opportunities to test and learn, and fine-tuning our strategies for maximum impact.
• Identify new digital media opportunities to expand our reach and achieve our ambitious targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, customer care, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with our broader strategies.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook and Google platforms.
• Proven track record of managing significant digital marketing budgets across multiple channels, optimising allocation for maximum impact throughout the marketing funnel.
• Experience driving aggressive growth metrics and achieving exceptional results.
• Deep expertise in managing ads across Facebook and Google, leveraging these platforms to fuel exponential growth.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional data manipulation and analytics skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities, both strategically and tactically, backed by quantitative insights.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to test and iterate new ad concepts is highly desired.
• Familiarity with other digital and traditional media planning and buying is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality work with speed.
• Positive, can-do attitude, thriving in a lean team environment, and striving for excellence.

Please note that incomplete applications will not be processed.

Together with your updated resume, kindly submit a letter of intent answering the following questions:

Can you tell us about the highlight of your performance marketing career?
