As a Permanent Placement Lead Generator , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth by identifying and qualifying clients. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Initiate outreach to prospective clients via, email, and other communication tools, effectively articulating the value proposition of our recruiting services.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they match the desired profiles for our open positions or our client’s hiring needs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, keeping accurate records of interactions and status updates using our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the team to understand specific talent requirements and client preferences in order to refine lead targeting and messaging.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Permanent Placement Lead Generator or similar role in recruiting
Minimum of 2 years experience handling permanent placements
Apollo io experience is highly preferred
Proven track record in lead generation, sales, or business development, must be within the recruiting or staffing industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of professionals.
Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify and source potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Schedule:
US shift – Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm MST
