The Permanent Placement Recruiter is tasked with identifying, evaluating, and placing top healthcare professionals in permanent positions within healthcare organizations. This role requires extensive experience with reputable healthcare staffing companies and a deep understanding of the permanent placement process.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
Identify potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and leveraging Bullhorn ATS.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements for permanent roles.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs and preferences.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
Placement and Onboarding
Facilitate the placement process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure their successful placement in permanent roles.
Market Research and Strategy
Conduct market research to understand trends and demands within the healthcare industry.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the permanent placement market.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of candidate and client interactions in Bullhorn ATS.
Generate regular reports on placement activities, market trends, and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Permanent Placement Recruiter with companies such as AMN Healthcare, Fusion Med Staff, Favorite Staffing, MedPro Staffing, CHG Healthcare, Cross Country, Aya Healthcare, Maxim Healthcare, Bayada, Soliant, Career Staff, or Barton.
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and permanent placement processes.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Bullhorn ATS and skilled in Boolean search techniques.
Strong proficiency in using recruitment tools and candidate databases.
Communication Skills
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding writing skills for creating compelling candidate and client communications.
Organizational Skills
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Work Requirements
Time Commitment
Must be available to work 40 hours per week, full-time.
Exclusive commitment to R.S.M.C. as the sole employer, with no other job responsibilities.
Location and Availability
Must be working in the PST (California Time) zone.
Available to work during standard PST business hours.
Willing to relocate in San Fernando Pampanga next 2025, with provided staff house.
Technical Requirements
Reliable internet connection with a backup computer or laptop and Wi-Fi to handle potential power interruptions.
