Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal and Business Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing credit repair strategies, managing credit files, and staying up-to-date with the latest credit repair methods and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
– Implement credit repair strategies for 4 personal credit files and credit building strategies for our company on a daily basis.
– Stay informed about changes in credit repair strategies and methodologies by attending weekly credit training meetings and taking detailed notes for executive management.
– Learn and proficiently utilize credit repair software and Metro2 software to manage credit files and track credit repair dispute records.
– Attend credit repair Zoom meetings once per week, actively participate in discussions, and take comprehensive notes.
– Track and analyze credit reports to identify areas for improvement and develop customized credit repair plans for clients.
– Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their credit repair progress and answer any questions they may have.
– Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices to continuously improve our credit repair services.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in personal and business credit repair with a deep understanding of credit repair strategies and methodologies.
– Ability to learn new credit repair methods and strategies and adapt to changes in the credit industry.
– Experience working with credit repair software and Metro2 software is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to attend training sessions 2 to 3 days per week and credit repair Zoom meetings once per week.
