Sabai Thai Spa is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support or CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on managing multiple tasks efficiently and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to be closely involved in the day-to-day activities, providing direct support to ensure smooth operations.

Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and personal tasks to support CEO, including but not limited to bookkeeping, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion. The candidate must be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various tasks simultaneously with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
– Handle email, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
– Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
– Perform errands, manage personal appointments, and assist with personal tasks and projects.
– Coordinate with other staff members and external parties as necessary.
– Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
– Assist in the planning and execution of events and special projects.
– Manage and reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports (Bookeeping)

Qualifications:

– High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
– Have background in Accounting and QBO application is a plus!
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
