**Executive Personal Assistant for High-Volume Real Estate Agent and Professional Photographer**

Our vibrant team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to play a vital role as an Executive Personal Assistant. This role collaborates closely with a successful Manhattan-based real estate agent and the owner of a renowned headshot photography business.

**The Role**

This is a golden opportunity to carve out a niche in the dynamic fields of real estate and professional photography. Beyond a traditional 9-5 role, it calls for a proactive approach, readiness to adapt, and a penchant for thriving in a high-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Masterful management of intricate calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring streamlined coordination of meetings and photo sessions.
– Prompt and professional response to emails and document requests on behalf of the executive.
– Managing rich client relationships while adeptly handling new inquiries.
– Overseeing project coordination, ensuring that timelines are met consistently for both business ventures.
– Assisting in groundbreaking marketing and brand-building initiatives.
– Attending to occasional personal tasks with a proactive and willing attitude.

**Qualifications**

– Excellent written and spoken English; a showcase of impeccable communication skills.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a history of effectiveness and responsibility.
– An organizational wizard with an exceptional ability to multitask seamlessly.
– Proficiency in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
– Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with the ability to think and act swiftly and creatively.
– Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Familiarity with the real estate and/or photography industry is a plus.
– A rock-solid or ideally redundant internet connection, with a preference for candidates residing in urban areas boasting stable infrastructure.
