Responsibilities:
Retrieve, update, and manage files and documents using cloud storage solutions to ensure timely access and organization of information.
Handle flight bookings, form fillings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct research on various topics including visas, job applications, and driving licenses.
Manage digital presence including updates on Instagram and maintenance of a personal website.
Support live chat operations and manage communications.
Assist in the development and design of presentations and documents on various topics.
Shop online for specific products and manage housekeeping schedules.
Update and manage a Google Calendar with personal and professional events, ensuring no overlap.
Monitor and report on personal goal progress.
Sort and prioritize personal emails, responding or flagging as necessary.
Schedule personal appointments, ensuring seamless integration with professional commitments.
Assist with meal planning and order groceries online.
Track personal finances and ensure bills are paid on time.
Schedule and remind about workout sessions, track fitness progress, and coordinate with health professionals.

Job Requirements
Experience and Skills:

Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in digital tools and platforms including Google Suite, MS Office, and social media platforms. Familiarity with cloud storage solutions like Google Drive or Dropbox.
Research Abilities: Strong research skills to efficiently gather information on various topics such as visas, job applications, and driving licenses.
Discretion and Confidentiality: High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to manage communications and relationships effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
