Personal Assistant

Hey everyone, I am looking for a personal assistant to help me manage my team and businesses.

Currently have two, small, family owned, companies. One is a online marketing company where the team members are mainly from the Philipines. The other is a mobile mechanic company where the team is mainly from the US and Mexico.

Everyone currently on our team has been with us for years and we treach each other like family (well, without the bickering! ???? ). Kidding aside, It is a VERY comfortable work envirment and I appreciate my team very much!

Here are a few Must Haves for the position:
– Native Conversation English (you will be on the phone A LOT 🙂 )
– Must feel very comfortable and confident on the phone (can you sound like a Boss? Cause i’m going to need someone who can talk on the phone with “Friendly Authority”.)
– Available 40 hours a week in PST Timezone ( or at least a US timezone close to PST )
– Reliable Desktop/Laptop, Internet Connection, and Headset with Microphone
– Very Organized and Structured (I am the opposit of this, so I need to find someone who can fill in this weakness of mine)
– Must be able to manage yourself and your time.

Daily Responsiblities can involve any of the following:
– Speaking over the phone to clients, service providers, customers, and fellow team members.
– Over looking team members projects and making sure they are being followed based on my direction
– Managing the completion of small to medium sized projects.
– Misc micro-tasks that present themselves throughout the day.

Starting Pay:
6,300 PHP/Weekly
