Job Description

One of the largest independent Manufacturer in Chemistry based in the UK is currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support their CEO. If you are organized, extremely detail-oriented, and passionate in providing essential support to C-Level Executives, while taking on a pivotal role in a cutting-edge field – then, this exciting opportunity is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the CEO with daily scheduling and manage their whereabouts, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and appointments.
* Handle email communication, travel arrangements, and ad hoc tasks efficiently.
* Maintain constant communication with the CEO to facilitate seamless coordination of their activities.
* Collaborate with the Senior Team and serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
* Ensure that all company operations are carried out in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
* Monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and perform quality controls to maintain high standards.
* Ensure that all operational activities remain on schedule and within set timelines.
* Control the company’s LinkedIn account, including the posting and sharing of articles and news updates from
department heads.
* Facilitate the dissemination of content on LinkedIn, ensuring it aligns with the company’s messaging and objectives.
* Demonstrate excellent skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Set up and manage Trello boards and workflows to improve task management and organization for the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to the CEO
* Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate activities
* Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools and platforms
* Competence in administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements
* Ability to create and implement efficient systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Possesses a commercially minded and strategic approach to tasks and responsibilities, consistently seeking
opportunities to contribute to the company’s overall success
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
* Exemplary organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail
* Self-driven and proactive demeanor, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, initiate tasks, and consistently
meet deadlines
* Thrives in both independent and collaborative settings within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
