Overview:
I am seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support me with various tasks. This role will involve managing administrative tasks, conducting research, handling personal errands, and assisting in various projects to free up my time. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and punctual.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage my calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Make phone calls as required.
Handle my email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize communications.
Organize and maintain files.

Research and Reporting:
Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and present findings.
Conduct product research and communicate with manufacturers.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Task Delegation and Management:
Train and oversee other freelancers and team members for tasks as needed.
Document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
Identify tasks suitable for delegation.

Technologically Adept:
Use chatbots such as ChatGPT and Perplexity for daily research tasks.
Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline operations.
Implement and manage productivity tools and apps to enhance efficiency.

Personal Tasks:
Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion.
Track project progress and provide regular updates.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Handle additional tasks as they arise, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Experience with project management and task delegation.

Skills:
Proficient use of Excel and/or Google Sheets, among other Office and Google Suite products.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be fluent in English; communication is a very important skill.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Punctual and reliable.
Responsible and capable of making important decisions when required.

Bonus Skills:
Product sourcing.
Amazon virtual assistant experience.
Adept with AI tools.

Hours required: 5-10 hours per week (depending on workload)
Hourly wage: Competitive hourly rate ($2.50 – $4.00 per hour) based on experience.
