Luxe Dwellings Limited is a luxury property management company based in the UK, currently in a phase of growth. We provide serviced accommodation management services and also manage our own property portfolio for short and long-term rentals. We have established connections with 67 property investment firms throughout the UK, which adds to the dynamic nature of this position.
About the Role
We’re actively seeking an individual who shows initiative and the ability to tackle spontaneous requests as they arise. This role is ideally suited for someone who is driven and has the ability to take on spontaneous tasks.
The ideal candidate is an individual who:
1. Possesses great communication skills.
2. Has an eye for detail.
3. Is independent and can solve problems on their own.
4. Has the ability to take on spontaneous tasks (design, research, analysis).
5. Is truly committed to the role (no part-time jobs on the side accepted).
Compensation:
This role requires 40 hours per week at $350 per month for the first 6 months. This is non-negotiable. The salary will then increase by 50% every 6 months up to a maximum of $6 per hour based on individual performance and commitment to the company. Additionally, we are proud to provide 30 days of annual holidays on a pro-rata basis.
Bonus structure:
There is a $3000 annual bonus based on individual performance and contribution to the company.
You are expected to work from 6 am GMT to 3 pm GMT Monday to Friday, but flexible arrangements can be made.
