Personal Assistant

Are you a Rockstar Virtual assistant ? Do you speak and write North American English fluently? Can you send emails and make phones calls comfortably in English?

I am the owner of an Amazon business, owner of a few different brands, and manager of a rock band located in the U.S. I need a trustworthy personal assistant to help me with random daily tasks. Some of the tasks include, but aren’t limited to:

1. Manage my email address using certain rules
2. Make reservations by phone/email
3. Create graphics with Canva
4. Do Internet research (For example, find me the most popular equipment used for vlogging)
5. Fill in PDF documents and applications
6. Be available on Slack and WhatsApp to take tasks and do them fast
7. Manage my calendar
8. Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks including monitoring inventory levels, placing reorders, monitoring feedback
9. Email or call music venues and universities to help with scheduling the band

Do you have experience with tasks like these or capable of learning with video training? If so, here are a couple things you need to do:

1. Reply to this posting, but do not include anything else apart from what I am asking below. If you don’t follow these instructions, your application will be archived.

Interview Process:

1. If you meet all of the criteria and your application is not rejected for not following the instructions above, I will review your application

2. We will have a video call. I will ask you to have your camera on so I can observe your work conditions, your attention to detail, and your communication skills.

3. I will contact your references

3. If the video interview goes well and your references give you positive feedback, I will hire you for a one week paid trial assignment. If after that it looks like we will make a good team, we will discuss long term employment.
