We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support the operations of our residential cleaning company. As a remote team member based in the Philippines, you will play a crucial role in assisting the owner with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the owner, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Customer Communication: Communicate with clients via email and phone to address inquiries, schedule cleaning appointments, and follow up on service requests.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client information, service requests, and cleaning schedules using our management software.
Task Coordination: Coordinate with cleaning staff to assign tasks, track their progress, and ensure timely completion of cleaning appointments.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including creating posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring online reviews.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the owner to support business operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:

Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for client communication and team collaboration.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
Reliability and Dependability: Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or office management roles is preferred but not required.
