We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should be skilled in administrative tasks, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves managing daily operations, finding business leads, recruiting tutors, and ensuring smooth use of project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation for Business Acquisitions:
Identify and generate leads for buying businesses.
Build and maintain a database for business opportunities.
Upload leads to the Go HighLevel (GHL) platform for tracking.
Communication and Outreach:
Manage and coordinate email campaigns, SMS, cold calls, and newsletters.
Handle communication on behalf of the executive team.
Seller Vetting:
Screen potential sellers to ensure they meet criteria.
Conduct background checks and gather necessary documents.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments and meetings for the executive team.
Send reminders and confirmations.
Task Management and Housekeeping:
Manage daily schedules and assign tasks to staff.
Oversee housekeeping activities and ensure tasks are completed.
Support in managing household or office-related tasks.
Project Management Tools:
Use Notion for project management.
Monitor and update project statuses daily.
Staff Oversight:
Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure tasks are on track.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly.
Tutor Recruitment:
Find and hire qualified tutors.
Interview and screen potential candidates.
Keep a database of available tutors and their details.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using Notion for project management.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
