Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with U.S. real estate experience to join our team as a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for both personal tasks and those associated with our small business. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing appointments, arranging travel, organizing expenses, and assisting with U.S. real estate tasks and platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the employer.
– Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
– Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.
– Manage and organize expenses, ensuring accurate records and timely reimbursements.
– Conduct research and compile information for various projects and tasks, with a focus on U.S. real estate.
– Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas related to U.S. real estate.
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
– Act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
– Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficient in written and oral English communication.
– Must be available for a minimum of 2 hours a day between 8am – 6pm PST.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
– U.S. real estate experience and familiarity with U.S. real estate platforms.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
