We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executive team. Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized individual capable of handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring our executives can focus on their core duties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate executives’ schedules of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements outside China.
– Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making.
– Lead generation
– Generate social media content and manage executive’s LinkedIn on a regular basis
– Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and documents.
– Coordinate and assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
– Handle personal tasks and errands as requested by executives.
– Assist in the HR & office related items in the local region, such as candidates screening and initial interviews
– Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an executive Personal Assistant or similar role.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
– Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Better-to-Have
– BD or sales experience
– Experiences in logistics related industry
– Versatile skills
