Personal Assistant

Hi There

I am looking for a Executive PA for the CEO of a well known International E-commerce brand. He has not had a Virtual PA before but he does have a e-commerce team of Filipinos who are great and who he enjoys working with, teaching them and watching them grow

Salary will be 200usd (if you are brand new to this kind of work) up to $450 a month if you can demonstrate you have experience and if you can provide at least 2 references of previous international employers who will jump on a call with us to verify your past experience . Overall he is willing to give someone a chance even if they have not had any experience if you can demonstrate in your application that you have good potential to help him and grow into a superstar Personal Executive Assistant

Duties include :

– Helping him with his travel and accommodation plans. You must overlook this and plan it
– Overlook his reward points and make sure he is utilising them properly
– helping him buy gifts and plan social events in advance
– Supervising his home and properties via CCTV when he is away
– Being a supervisor on team meetings
– Being involved in planning parts of his personal life

Overall this role is what you make it and is a brand new trial role to see if he can get back some hours to have some downtime after a full on 24 year Business growth journey. We are happy to try anyone from all walks of life, Part time, Full time, A mother who wants to bring up her kids and work this role around them. You basically need to be VERY honest in your covering letter and in your online application i would like to see and your Video submission must be about this role not a generic old Video
