Job Description

I need someone who can work as an assistant on Zoom or Teams. I have a lot of things that I need to get out of my head and into Google Docs. In order to do this, I will need to have discussions with my personal assistant on Zoom and I will have an AI transcription service () transcribing the call. Then I’ll need the assistant to move that into a Google Doc and we will collaborate on the editing.

The only technology you will require is a Google login, the ability to be on a Zoom with me, and the ability to video chat.

These are ongoing projects that I am constantly working on so if this works out it should last for a while.

I need this to be interactive so I need these to be live calls in-which we are working together; I am not good at just recording myself without someone on the other line. I will need you to help me talk through some issues to make sure I’m making my points clearly and explaining things well so it is important that you speak English and have basic grammar skills for editing.

I will be doing this for 3 hours a day and will be available from 5:00 pm. until 8:00 p.m. Central Standard Time in the US. which is 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. in Cebu.

I am not positive which days will work best long term, but I would like to get started quickly and would like to work together this week, Thursday evening through Sunday evening my time, which is Thursday Morning through Monday Morning in Philippines.

There will be days where we do not need to work the full 3 hours but I will pay for 3 hours anytime we work together.
