We need someone to act as a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of both business and personal tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining productivity and allowing the leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. Those responsibilities include:

Booking appointments
Managing calendars
Managing and/or triaging email accounts
Assisting with delegating tasks to other team members
Helping to filter out messages or tasks that could be handled by someone else
Handling other needs and requests as needed
