Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant and Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective promotion of our brand and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a knack for delivering consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Coordination: Meet with the principal daily to review a list of tasks and projects, ensuring that critical activities are executed consistently and efficiently.
Podcast Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to increase the podcast’s visibility and audience. This includes coordinating with guests, managing social media promotions, and tracking performance metrics.
LinkedIn Management: Craft and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts to enhance our professional network and promote our brand. This involves content creation, audience engagement, and analytics review.
Travel Management: Plan and manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience.
Newsletter Management: Oversee the production and distribution of the newsletter. Responsibilities include content creation, layout design, subscriber management, and performance analysis.
Meeting Summaries and Agendas: Listen to all client calls, creating detailed meeting summaries and agendas to ensure clear communication and follow-up actions.
Inbox and Task Management: Help manage the inbox, ensure timely responses to emails, and support task management using ClickUp to keep projects on track.
Webinar Coordination and Management: Helping to setup, coordinate and supervise various webinars to help grow my various brands and business lines.
Additional Responsibilities:
Slack Communication: Must be willing to communicate effectively via Slack for day-to-day updates, instructions, and feedback.
Background Check: Be open to undergoing a background check as part of the hiring process.
Employment Type:
This role will start as part-time, potentially becoming full-time after a few weeks based on performance and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions without error.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of delivering tasks and projects on schedule.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with Slack, ClickUp, and email management tools.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, and administrative support.
