Job Description

Customer service representative & personal assistant to ME – The owner of 6 companies that need help organizing, managing time, respondind to emails / calls /texts/ etc. This shift would be 8am – 4pm EST (USA EASTERN TIME)

**Speaking good English and writing good fluent english – REQUIRED **

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

We have multiple spaces open for employees, looking for someone who’s hungry for growth. Very interested in people with experience with marketing & automation software like zapier etc as well for one of the upper starting jobs.

Somethings I have in mind for you possible to do in the immediate future is,

*Spreadsheets (google sheets) with functions, calculations etc
*Taking calls for orders over the phone , answering emails, sending invoices, answering our website chat
*Data entry (change the stuff on our website that is very easy)
*Organizing my schedule, email, google drive
*Creating tasks for employees
*Ordering supplies, making reservations, creating appointments

Perks:
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid. (40hrs minimum)
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
*Great work atmosphere with a very good group of people. (currently a team of 8 but plan to be team of 10-15 soon)
