This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our executive’s daily operations run seamlessly and in fostering exemplary customer relations on our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
o Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, ensuring all engagements are promptly and accurately reflected.
o Spearhead travel coordination, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
o Maintain CEO’s email, prioritizing pressing correspondences, drafting replies, and keeping spam at bay.
2. E-commerce Customer Service:
o Be the primary liaison for our e-commerce customers, addressing inquiries and solving dilemmas.
o Promptly troubleshoot customer concerns with understanding and a problem-solving mindset.
o Engage professionally over the phone, ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information.

Qualifications:
• English Mastery: Your ability to read, write, and converse in English must be impeccable. Conversations with customers should be clear and devoid of heavy accents.
• Relevant Experience: Previous roles as a virtual assistant or in related capacities are favored.
• Tech Proficiency: Adeptness with scheduling software, email clients, and e-commerce customer service tools is expected.
