We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing home and family responsibilities, maintaining calendars, scheduling reminder texts, budgeting, Bookkeeping, home business activities and handling various odd tasks. This role requires strict adherence to confidentiality, exceptional multitasking, excellent communication abilities, and a professional judgment in finance.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain household calendar, including schedules, appointments, meal calendar and events for all family members.
Coordinate and communicate with various service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely payment
Assist with organizing and managing family logistics, such as household service arrangements, reservations, and appointment booking.
Handling administrative tasks, including managing emails, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the hiring manager.
Perform research and provide information on various topics as requested. (i.e. Finding the most cost effective household product/service)
Assist with financial management, such as tracking expenses, bill payments, and budgeting.
Lots of booking keeping tasks for various assigned clients.
Help manage household inventories and coordinate online shopping and errands.
Handle irregular tasks and other miscellaneous duties.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Virtual Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and basic tech troubleshooting.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Familiarity with household management and family-related tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings to call local business during their business hours.
