Personal Assistant & Manager

Hello, I have a lot of random things to attend to and need a Virtual Assistant. I’m in the USA, so you need to speak extremely good english. I’m running two software businesses as well as a lot of side projects and other tasks, like managing a team, email, chat support, managing my tasks things to do.
You need to keep me on track and make me stick to what I need to do, because I’m getting lazy and forgetting what I have to do. For this I am looking for two virtual assistants who can either work together as a team, or one VA who can act as both an assistant and manager, or one assistant and one manager. Please let me know what role you can do, and what you can do for me.
MAIN COMPANY is a AI Trading Idea platform, called Click to view launched two months ago from two years in development , you need to learn everything about this product and our industry and audience , and handle alot of tasks regarding it we have 700 users now on it. Next product is Codequiry we have 120,000 users on this product but not much tasks here beside small things.
Requirements:
You need to have alot of random skills, in connecting with people, Google Suite, research, documenting, handling a team, social media posting our our Company account, knowing our product inside out, contributing value to our product and ideas, be able to write articles, blog posts, be keen, schedule tasks out and make me a calendar to follow, be on top of me and the things I should be doing, handle emails, know my life inside out, ask alot of questions to learn things, figure out problems on your own. etc. It’s a diverse range of skills needed.

You will be able to access a lot of my accounts and sensitive data/information so I have to be able to trust you
You will need to schedule tasks for me based on what I need to do, and keep me accountable and be on top of me to get them done
I need you to handle a lot of random things, like sending messages to people, managing emails, managing chat support, talking to my engineers, clients, social media, etc.
You need to be able to have good research and ChatGPT/AI Skills
Graphic design background will be good as well as social media and TikTok Postings
Twitter experience
Good SEO knowledge, keywords, topics, keyword research
Marketing and sales knowledge is a must
HelpScout support desk knowledge
Manage the blog on our website and make it have great content
Software development experience and manage our JIra board project management
Talk to our main head engineer
You may need to make payments to people who I have hired
I need you to act as both a Manager and/or Assistant
Perfect english is a must and you need to understand american culture
You need to be able to make phone calls for people in the US
You need to be able to manage a team and people under you
You need to be creative and have good design sense
You should have project management experience
You need to help me budget and plan my finances to avoid reckless spendings
You will need to help me grow my businesses by providing value or ideas
You need to upgrade my life and not just be an employee
