Job Title: Virtual Personal Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced virtual personal assistant to assist the director with the for stakeholders as well as keeping an organised diary to assist with the day to day running over operations across various businesses. You will essentially be the first point of contact – to action / respond on behalf of the director if able to do so with the right training or escalate if needed. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual with exceptional communication and multitasking abilities. As a personal assistant, you will work closely with the executive team and handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks.

Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain dairy of key annual dates for renewal of services / contact negations such as insurance, rental contracts, maintenance contracts
Handle emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Update databases
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Previous experience working with G-suite executives is a plus.
Able to work UK hours (GMT) – 25 hours per week – 5 hours per day monday to friday

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
A positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if needed

Rate: $4/hour
