Job Description

Assist me, an owner of a Home Healthcare agency and Property Investment company based in eastern standard time in the United States with a range of cross functional activities and projects. We currently have 5 people full-time in the office in EST in the USA, and we have two others that work remotely.

You must be available to do Zoom or Team video calls during weekdays of United States Eastern Standard Time – 8am to 4pm.

* You are a natural Completer who enjoys getting stuff ticked off, while doing it thoroughly and without cutting corners.

* When encountering problems, they can understand when to ask for help, when to try something’s, is not scared to provide suggestions of possible solutions

* Know how to work with a busy and creative person

* You have high standard of quality of work for themselves. You like things to look good and be of high quality.

* You understand how to get maximum results, know where it’s worthwhile investing an hour, and knows when it’s only worth invest 10 minutes. You are able to prioritize. You understand when you have competing priorities you can apply Parato’s rule and do the 20% of activities that will give you 80% of the results and movement forward.

* You like things to be systematized to make things easier second time around, without get stuck in paralysis by analysis.

* You understand leverage and modeling, you like to look for example of what other people have done, so that we can leverage what others have done to create a better-quality outcome faster.

* You get high value from quick research, then moving in to doing mode.

* You have real world experience and can apply a practical approach to getting things done.

* You have a thirst for learning, you enjoy it, you do not get overwhelmed by it.

* You are technology proficiency and find it easy to learn and master different applications.

* Being able to understand different commercial activities, there are three currently.

* Importantly, you are not only able to do these things, but you are also exceptional at them, it naturally how you are. I am not wanting someone just can do them, I am wanting someone that is great at these approaches.

About Me and My Preferred Working Style

* I’m a detailed and outcome orientated person that does not enjoy or want to have write out detailed instructions. Instead, I prefer to show and share using Zoom and Teams, I prefer to do things visually not by writing long briefs.

* I prefer to do working sessions over Zoom or Teams together, to start a project or task together so that you can take over and continue developing it and completing it.

* Sometimes it can be that you to start something so that I can provide feedback input into via a Zoom or Teams sessions, so you can then take the discussion and what we’ve looked, and continue to develop and finish it.

* I work well when either a task or activity is started and in motion. Or where I roughly start a task for someone to take it over to develop more detail and complete it. From my experience, getting me to write stuff out tends to stall things.

* I’m a believer in evolutionism not perfectionism.

* I like things to be systematized and well organized.

* I can get frustrated when we don’t systematized things as we go, to make things more efficient and to save energy the next time we need to use it, do the task, or do something similar, we can utilize and leverage what we had already done.

* I like to focus on outcomes being achieved. If you ask someone to do a task as part of your project, the responsibility to achieve the outcome responsibility still sits with you, the responsibility does not get paused because someone else must do something. Responsibility to achieve the outcome is still with you. You need to follow-up and get what you need from the person so that your outcome is achieved.

Examples of Tasks

* Project Management – Keep projects in up to date, eg adding tasks, adding comments, setting and follow-up up task dates, liaising with people about tasks, following up with suppliers, contractors, team members etc.

* Communication – Managing emails Inboxes and dealing with and keeping tabs on items that need to be dealt with responded to require follow-up.

* Project Management – Keeping eye on the rhythm of things that need to be done. Set time to do together and figure out how to make it easier quicker better

* Systemizing – Creating templates and systems around the of Apps used

* Administration – Keep digital scans and documents organized and up to date

* Analytics & Reporting – Compiling Data for KPIs to update our Dashboards

* Research – Researching and Compiling Information related to projects eg researching options for best app to use for

* Hiring – Uploading and Responding to applicants for a role that I might advertise for eg Social Media Community Manager, Video Editor,

* Sounding Board – in thinking about aspects of the business, sometime being a sounding board to bounce ideas off helps with creativity and development, determining the best next step.

* Administration – Setting up Zoom Calls, taking notes from Zoom Calls, and adding Tasks into Planner, so that they are captured and managed.

* Training – Creating KeyNote or Power Point Presentations from materials.

* Training – Recording loom screen recordings.
