**Job Summary:**
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, with a particular focus on YouTube content management, investment product coordination, and real estate transactions. 1. **Administrative Support:**
– Manage and maintain the employer’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the employer.
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
2. **YouTube Content Management:**
– Assist in planning, scripting, and scheduling YouTube content.
– Coordinate video shoots, including location scouting and managing equipment.
– Handle video uploads, metadata, and optimization for search engines.
– Monitor and analyze channel performance and audience engagement.
3. **Investment Product Coordination:**
– Research and monitor investment opportunities and market trends.
– Assist in managing investment portfolios, including tracking performance and preparing reports.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings with financial advisors and stakeholders.
4. **Real Estate Transactions:**
– Assist with property searches, viewings, and negotiations.
– Prepare and review real estate documents and contracts.
– Coordinate with real estate agents, lawyers, and other professionals involved in transactions.
5. **Meeting Coordination:**
– Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
– Arrange conference calls and virtual meetings as needed.
6. **Travel Management:**
– Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
– Prepare travel expense reports and handle reimbursements.
7. **Communication:**
– Serve as a liaison between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.

8. **Project Assistance:**
– Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required.

– Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked.
– Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
