I’m seeking an energetic, growth minded part-time Personal Assistant. Please read through all of the description. If this intrigues you, please give me a few thoughtful answers to the application questions at the bottom.

The Role:
Support Libby in every way possible by taking tasks off her plate, so that she is freed up to develop the vision for the company and deliver and create new content/products to massively impact the lives of the people we serve.

The nitty gritty:
I am passionate about teaching and uplifting others. My goal in business is to positively impact thousands of lives each year, through online courses, free content, speaking engagements and live coaching.

My content is focused on helping people become more health conscious and live in alignment with nature and the Earth’s natural cycles. Think Yoga, ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine. Etc.

I’m currently looking for my right-hand gal to help make ideas happen! I need to start posting regularly on social media to gain a following and engage with my audience.

Initially, I’m in need of someone to support me as a personal and administrative assistant. This will involve helping both personally and professionally: Social Media management, community engagement, and personal organization, as well as jumping in wherever needed to take things off my plate.

Experience & Qualifications:
All that’s needed is deep willingness to learn. I’m looking for someone humble enough that no task is too small or ‘below them’, yet also driven to grow and not afraid of learning new things and taking on new challenges.

Additional requirements:
A reliable computer. Mac’s are preferred, but not required.
Tech savvy, or resourceful and able to figure things out
Able to drive with reliable transportation. While this is a remote position that allows you to work from home, it may require travel to and from our home office in Henderson, NV approx once per week (TBD)
Social media savvy is a major plus! (IG / Tiktok)
Available 10-15 hours per week to start – with the option of growing into a full-time position as your experience and the business grows.

Example duties and tasks include (but not limited to) things like:
Administrative tasks: organizing and responding to emails, customer support
Community management of our student Facebook group
Managing domestic tasks as necessary (occasional personal shopping, client gifts, coordinating cleaners, etc)
Scheduling appointments & arranging travel
