Hello! My name is Levi Rasmussen, I help run a 7 figure online business called “Course Creator Pro”. I help people from around the world turn their knowledge or skills into an online course which they then sell and make 5 and 6 figures per month. I manage all sales, and help set appointments for our instagram / ads with 70,000 followers. We use the base platform of Go High Level do manage everything. I am looking for a skilled personal assistant who I can build a long term (many years) relationship with as my go to sales partner, customer service and calendar manager, and website developer.
Your daily tasks will require 3 main skillsets:
1. A skilled customer service and/or sales background and fluent in the English language.
2. Phone call, email, and text capabilities to reach out to clients and follow up with them, give them support, and confirm calls for me.
3. Base knowledge in Go High Level to use our templates to help our clients.
You will need to learn my systems and help me replicate my processes. I will be testing your ability to communicate with others, and have you reach out to our clients for simple follow ups, check ins and confirmations. I will also be able to see if you are willing and able to learn. That is really what I need from you because all that we teach can be learned!
